Our
Operation
Freefall
Addicts conduct parachute operations on a dropzone (DZ) that
is associated to the British Parachute Association (BPA).
The DZ is owned by a British family who also own Target Skysports,
the biggest DZ in the UK. The parachute centre is overseen
by a BPA Advanced Instructor and as such careful attention
is paid to the level of training that is provided.
AFF
Courses
All
our AFF instructors are qualified by the British Parachute Association and / or the United States Parachute
Association (USPA) and as such are rated to instruct on our
learn to skydive courses.
Our
AFF school training system has been given written approval
by a UK Centre Chief Instructor (CCI) and as such is considered
to be constructed in accordance with the BPA operations manual.
After
an AFF course has been completed with the Freefall Addicts
we are able to provide the student with direct access to all
necessary training to progress to their BPA A-Licence qualification.
We are then able to give the student all the forms required
to apply for their licences, including a contact in the UK
to present their documentation too.
Formation
Skydiving Courses
Our
staff who coach our FS students are
all qualified BPA FS Coaches. On return to the UK, the student
will need to present their log book complete with the FS Coach's
endorsement to a CCI, who will then add the FS1 sticker to
their licence book.
Freefly
Courses
Our
staff who coach our freefly students
are all qualified BPA FF Coaches. On return to the UK, the
student will need to present their log book complete with
the FF Coach's endorsement to a CCI, who will then add either
the FF1 or FF2 sticker to their licence book.
Static
Line Conversion Courses
All
our static line students are passed
on to a BPA Category System Instructor at the dropzone where
we operate. All conversion course students
are moved on to our AFF course.
Tandems
All
our tandem students are passed
on to BPA rated Tandem Instructors.
Birdman
All
our Birdman students are taught
by a qualified Birdman rated instructor.
